Office areas are provided with janitorial service five days a week excluding holidays. Services include trash removal, dusting and vacuuming, special cleaning services, such as furniture or carpet cleaning, are available by calling the management office, there may be a charge for special cleaning services depending on the size of the job and type of cleaning needed you have any comments or questions regarding cleaning, please contact the Management Office.
Elevator service is available 24 hours a day, the property is equipped with the latest in vertical transportation technology. The office levels are each served by high-speed, 3,500 pound gearless passenger elevators in the following configuration:
